Support and Partnership
لأهل الخير والجهات الداعمة والشركاء ممّن يعنيهم أمر تعليم أبناء الحيّ.
For donors, funding bodies and partners concerned with the education of the children of the neighbourhood.
يقوم المركز على رسوم يسيرة يؤدّيها أولياء الأمور، ولا تفي وحدها بما يحتاج إليه من أجور المعلّمات وأدوات الدرس. وفي الحيّ أُسر لا تقوى على الرسوم، ومن أجلها فُتح باب الكفالة. وهذه وجوه الدعم التي يمكن أن يُسهم بها الداعم.
The centre runs on modest fees paid by guardians, which alone do not meet what it requires in teachers' wages and teaching materials. There are families in the neighbourhood unable to meet the fees, and it is for their sake that sponsorship is open. These are the forms of support a donor may contribute through.

كفالة طالب
Sponsoring a Student
يتحمّل الكافل رسوم طالب بعينه سنةً دراسية أو أكثر. ويُوافى بتقرير عن حال مكفوله: ما بلغه في الحفظ، وما أحرزه في دروسه، ومواظبته على الحضور.
The sponsor carries the fees of a named student for a school year or more, and receives a report on how that student is faring: what they have reached in memorisation, what they have achieved in their lessons, and their regularity of attendance.

Funding a Programme
أن يُخصّ الدعم ببرنامج بعينه، كبرنامج التحفيظ أو دروس التقوية أو الإرشاد، فتُصرف الأموال في بابها ويُبيَّن ما أُنفق منها على وجهه.
Support may be directed to a particular programme, such as memorisation, support tuition or counselling, so that funds are spent under their own heading and what has been disbursed is set out plainly.

Equipping the Centre
المصاحف والكتب والمقاعد ووسائل الدرس، وما يتّصل بالفصول من إصلاح وتهيئة. وهذا باب يظهر أثره سريعًا ويُعاين.
Copies of the Qur'an, books, seating and teaching materials, together with repairs and preparation of the classrooms. The effect of this is seen quickly and can be inspected.
الشراكة المؤسسية
Institutional Partnership
للجمعيات والمؤسسات التي تعمل في التعليم أو رعاية الأسرة أن تدخل مع المركز في برنامج مشترك أو تمويل مرحليّ، على اتفاق مكتوب تُحدَّد فيه المخرجات.
Associations and institutions working in education or family welfare may enter into a joint programme or staged funding with the centre, under a written agreement in which the outcomes are defined.

On Accounting for Funds
المال الذي يُدفع إلى المركز أمانة، وحقّ صاحبه أن يعلم أين وُضع. ولذلك يُمسك المركز قيودًا منظّمة تُبيَّن فيها الرسوم المستحقّة والمقبوضة والمتأخّرة، وتُنسب المصروفات إلى البرامج التي أُنفقت عليها.
Money paid to the centre is a trust, and the one who gives it has a right to know where it has been placed. The centre therefore keeps ordered records setting out fees due, fees received and fees outstanding, and attributes expenditure to the programmes on which it was spent.

What the Donor Receives
بيان دوريّ بما قُبض وما أُنفق في الوجه الذي خُصّص له، وتقرير عن الطلاب المكفولين إن كان الدعم كفالة.
A periodic statement of what has been received and what has been spent under the heading assigned to it, and a report on sponsored students where the support is a sponsorship.
كيف يُقيَّد
How Records Are Kept
تُقيَّد الرسوم على كل أسرة على حدة، وتُنسب المصروفات إلى برنامجها ومستواها ومعلّمتها، فيُعرف نصيب كل باب من الإنفاق.
Fees are recorded against each family separately, and expenditure is attributed to its programme, its level and its teacher, so that the share of each heading in the spending is known.
وللداعم أن يطلب الاطّلاع على القيود المتعلّقة بدعمه في أيّ وقت.
A donor may ask to inspect the records relating to their support at any time.

Anyone wishing to learn what the centre needs, or to agree upon a form of support, is welcome to make contact. We are glad to receive those who wish to visit the centre and see the work as it is carried on.
